I am on a journey of self-love. It is my purpose to share this divine love and show others how they too, can find a source of infinite energy within.
My spiritual journey began early in life, but I put it aside, as I believe many of us do, because we get overwhelmed, confused, misguided or associate it with trauma. Grief had caused me to become disillusioned, not knowing how to be the spiritual person I am, and how to function in the world around me.
I had lost myself and the more opportunities I took to understand who I was, the more I was able to embrace my spirituality.
I now know that my strongest character trait is spirituality. It is important to me to have meaningful beliefs about the organization of our universe and our roles as co-creators with in it.
I looked outwardly to understand the world of energy from a scientific perspective, getting my bachelor’s degree in Astrophysics, drawn in by the mystery and the wonder of the universe.
From art to nature, to science and mathematics, the vibration of love is an appreciation of beauty and excellence.
My appreciation for design has also been a driving force for my life choices, but it became the gateway for my understanding of how “thoughts turn to things.”
I truly believe that all we see around us is a reflection of what is active in our own vibration. This is why tuning in, to our own self-love, we are capable of having that love reflected back to us in every moment of every day.
We are reflected in every conversation, in every person we meet and even in posts as we scroll through on social media. When we are able to observe these interactions, we get to know ourselves, witness our growth and know what inner conversations to shift. Reflection is a mindset tool that helps us live our most satisfying life.
My book Celebrate Your Grief; Transforming Your Loss into Self-love is a memoir that speaks of reflection teaching me how to truly love myself. From the grief I felt for the person I lost, I was able to recognize that it was equal to the love I felt for him and most importantly, was a reflection of the love I was capable of having for myself.
It is written in my soul blueprint that I align with the center of divine love, it is inherently who I am.
When I am fully present in the moment, I am divine love. I can feel my heart expanding.
Connecting to the present moment is a spiritual practice for me. Living in alignment with who I am brings me immense joy and deep connection. Self-love is the source of infinite energy.
