The Soul Selves Framework

Through researching hundreds of awakening stories...

From my awakening experience emerged the Soul Selves. First, I recognized five distinct phases that I moved in and out of on my spiritual journey. Second, I realized that these phases could be applied to all the aspects of my life, from grief, relationships, food, prosperity, and so on. This is what became the Soul Selves Framework.


Through researching hundreds of awakening stories, I have refined and detailed each Soul Self phase. There are marked similarities in the language we use, the thoughts we have, and the actions we take depending on what Soul Self we are in. At the intersection of psychology, science, and spirituality emerges the Soul Selves Framework.


I help spiritual seekers find profound satisfaction and self-love without the need for external validation through teaching the Soul Selves Framework.


What are Soul Selves?

Through ancient Hindu texts, psychology and modern day spiritual teachings, I have derived five phases of the Soul Self that represent various markers along this ego and soul cycle. 

Bodily Self

Firmly rooted in ego and form. You, like most people, are unaware of the thoughts, emotions, sensations and desires you have and believe that reacting to the world around you is a normal response. 

Vital Self

You take your first conscious breath and recognize there is an energy that brings your body to life. Your body is the form and you consider the soul or inner being within you or connected to you. 

Thinking Self

Here you are learning to witness your thoughts and emotions. You have begun to own your life and you recognize that by taking responsibility for what happens to you, your soul and the universal energies align to support you. 

Observer Self

You know when you are fully present in the moment and when your focus has shifted away. You can easily move your awareness back and forth from your body to your surroundings with ease and concentration.  

Transcendent Self

Now you are completely connected to your soul, your higher self and source energy, transcending your ego. You feel blissful and radiant, completely in love with yourself. Even when you find yourself back in your bodily self, you are no longer mad at yourself for being there because you embrace the perfection of the variety of the contrast.

Within this framework we can explore all aspects of our lives. Abundance, grief, self-love, relationships, even food can be understood on the continuum between our ego and our soul.

When we align in one area, all the other aspects of ourselves fall into alignment as well.
